For the past 25 years Western Counselling has provided residential treatment within the community enabling clients to benefit from community interaction whilst still receiving 24 hours support and care, resulting in enhanced outcomes for service users, families and the community in general. The NTA has now recognised this process of residential care as being the preferred model.
